| These are the basic rules for the world!
1) You may form a country in unclaimed territory, or you may join with another country.
2) You can only take land if you battle someone and you win, form an alliance and make a treaty where you are gifted land, claim un taken territory by you're country, or if you are gifted it by the lord himself Crazedwarrior.
3) Country's may buy territory from other country's using UCR, you may attack other country's, form alliances, be controlled by more then one person, divide the country into states where someone guards each part, give away land, and also donate it.
4) UCR can be used as the worlds currency. You may use it to buy land (this making it so that you can attack other places) or also sell land with it. (Making you're rank go up)
5) To attack a county you must be on the border of it. (If its an island you may only attack if its close to you're coast)
6) Battles must describe what will be at steak. (UCR, Territory, etc.) And how they will fight the battle. (Map, game type, etc.)

About Me! : I am Gate. u might now if i have ever yelled at u or someone near u screaming profantities. Well i live in Canada, i got two cats a lazy one and an antisocial one. i might be harsh but i am fair and give credit when its due. My hobbies include yelling at Guts, yelling at Recon, yelling at Loki, reading, movies, and yelling at Guts. I where a hat that looks like a dictators hat and i have the glasses to go with it, In grade nine i learned how to snap my finigers and in grade 10 i burnt my nose on a nightlight.
